Why Drive a Motorcycle Around the World?

TO IMPROVE THE IMAGE OF MOTORCYCLING and
ENHANCE THE LAW ENFORCEMENT PROFESSION

When I joined the Blue Knights in 1977 (NY VII,
Brooklyn) I traveled to my first International Convention
in Dayton, Ohio. I met a bunch of great guys that were
working cops who like to ride motorcycles around the
corner or across the country.  Preparing to retire, I wanted
to pay back the profession that made me enjoy going to
work, and the Blue Knights, who gave me the opportunities
to travel over a million miles in the last 30 years.

My GOAL is to be the FIRST Law Enforcement Officer to
circle the globe and highlight the BLUE KNIGHTS for
making the World Motorcycle Tour possible
Want to Help or Share the Ride?

Be a part of the World Tour by clicking on "TRACK ALEX" and find out where I've been or I am.  If I'm passing
near your State, e-mail, at least 48 hours in advance, your contact information to the webmaster titled, "HOST
INVITATION", and we'll contact you within 24 hours.  (All I need is a floor with a roof over it)

CHAPTERS and PHOTOGRAPHS
The Pensacola, Florida Chapter is planning to intercept me on the highway and ride with me as I return into my
home State and stay overnight.  ANY CHAPTER that wants to prearrange a picnic or meeting, I'll go out of my
way to meet you along the way or stay over.  All photographs taken and e-mailed to the website will be posted
and included in the final book of the tour.  Every participant involved or assisting will be listed, with their
Chapter, on the website and the book.

COMMEMORATIVE COIN
A commemorative coin, with the above logos, has been produced in gold and silver for dignitaries and
significant participants throughout the tour.  At the end, remaining coins (if any) will be sold to offset expenses.
